Cindy Brown

Cindy began dancing at the age of 4 and became a dance instructor at the age of 15. She taught for 9 years at The Dance Studio in Orange Park while finishing high school and college.
In 1985 Cindy was first runner up in the Miss Clay County Pageant with dance being her talent. During college she studied dance at Jacksonville University for one year and as soon as she graduated from the University of North Florida she opened her own business and took her talent to daycares offering parents the convenience and joy of their children dancing without the commute. Once Cindy began teaching high school, she added the role of dance team coach and led both the Clay High Devil’s Dance Team as well as the Golden Girls at Fleming Island High School.
Cindy married her high school sweetheart, David, on May 17, 1986 and has 3 incredible children and 2 grandsons. David and Cindy started their family-owned and operated All-Starz Dance Studio, on August 1, 2008
Lauren McClure
Instructor
Lauren began dancing at the age of 4. She has trained in ballet, contemporary, pointe, tap, jazz and hip hop. She danced on both the Green Cove Springs Junior High and Fleming Island High Dance Teams. She has competed at several local competitions and has participated in numerous conventions to expand her dance experiences. She has been an instructor at All-Starz Dance Studio since 2003 and spent 3 years as a Jacksonville Jaguar Cheerleader. Lauren graduated from the University of North Florida majoring in Elementary Education, is currently a teacher at Shadowlawn Elementary and married her high school sweetheart, Kevin, on May 7, 2012.
Madison Geron
Instructor
Madison started dancing at the age of 4. She began her dance training at All Starz Dance Studio, and has been a part of the studio for the past 21 years. She has trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She has competed in multiple regional and national competitions, and attended several different conventions to expand upon her training. Madison began teaching at All Starz at the age of 18, and quickly realized her passion for choreographing. She has choreographed numerous competition pieces, with multiple pieces being awarded overall high scores and a national title. Madison loves sharing her love of dance with all dancers and is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where dancers can express themselves and grow as artists and people. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2020 with a degree in Psychology, and is currently a special education teacher. She married her husband in March 2022 and has settled down in Lake Asbury.
Kortney Medlin
Instructor
Kortney Medlin started dancing at the age of 6 and is trained in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Theatre, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Tap. She traveled competing and performing until going to Shenandoah University Conservatory for dance. There she was introduced to the Nikolais Louis method of modern dance and trained by a Rockette in Broadway tap. Collaborations include working with a local church to develop a pre school dance curriculum to open a dance program. After leaving the conservatory began to teach dance at age 18 and travel for dance education on the east coast and has been teaching ever since. Trainings include Dance Educators of America, Dance Makers, Jump, Shock and many more. Choreographing for competition is a favorite having many large group dances and solos awarded overall high scores and judges choices. She is particularly passionate about making dance fun and available to all skill levels and ages teaching toddlers to baby wearing moms. Kortney started teaching at All-Starz in 2016 until moving away for 2 years but excited to be back teaching at All-Starz again! Kortney graduated from Jefferson College of Health Science as a respiratory therapist in 2011. Kortney and her husband Josh have settled in Fleming Island after moving up and down the East coast and have two sweet children.
Cierra Meeks
Instructor
Cierra began dancing at the age of 7. She has lived in Clay County since 1st grade and has 3 beautiful children. She grew up learning new tricks and flips while her mom worked as a coach. She auditioned with The Florida Ballet and got the role of an angel in The Nutcracker. She did many recitals, camps and other performances but stepped away from dance to cheer in Junior High. At age 13 she went back to All-Starz and competed on their very first competition team and became a teaching assistant. She has attended many conventions and received scholarships from Platinum, Showstoppers and the Pulse. While at The Pulse she was hand selected by Dave Scott and Chris Judd to perform an opening number to showcase their choreography. She has also taken classes with choreographers such as Wade Robson, Tyce Diorio, Mia Michaels, Geo Hubela, Dave Scott, Travis Wall, Brian Freedman, Sonia Tayeh, Laurieann Gibson, Gil Duldulao, Desomond Richardson, Tabitha and Napoleon D’umo and many others. She’s been a gymnast, cheerleader, pageant queen, FFA member, soccer player, mom, and everything in between! She cannot wait to keep dancing and pursuing her passion as a dance teacher.
Cathy Finne

Cathy Finne, a Dance graduate from Jacksonville University and native to Neptune Beach, has been dancing since the tender age of 6. Cathy served as the Artistic Director of Studio 1014 Dance in Neptune Beach, FL for 20 years where her competitive team proved to be a force to be reckoned with across the country. Many of her students have become professional dancers. Some performed in the Super Bowl, with major recording artists like Rhianna, Billie Eilish, danced with college dance teams, received college scholarships and are pageant winners, just to name a few! Currently, Cathy teaches master classes in a variety of dance idioms to all ages and judges for dance competitions both regionally and nationally. However, her most notable role is being a mother of 3 to Jonathan, Bryan, and Taylor. She is excited in joining this new endeavor and can’t wait to inspire more!
Reese Ahalt
Instructor
Reese has been dancing since she was five years old and has 13+ years of dance and performance skills. She trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, modern, pom, pointe, and contemporary and competed in numerous dance competitions in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area.
Reese attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and graduated with a degree in business. She was a member of the Gold Rush Dance Team for four years and was the team captain in her junior and senior years. Reese is a Jacksonville Jaguars cheerleader and works as a substitute teacher in Clay County.
